I had been lookin at these. But moving into an apartment, so probably not a great idea for the spare bedroom :p

2650Watts and 18 hours to warm to 40 DegC. That's a lot of electric. Unless the lead is long enough to reach the neighbours garage :giggle:

It doesnt't take that long to heat it up! and they are amazing things for the price!
I did see them somewhere for £289.99 delivered when I was looking. May have been Playtime4U.

Oh man, that's awesome, I've always wanted a hottub but until I finish my degree there's no way I can afford a real one, but with this I could just sneak round my parents whilst there at work and spend the afternoons relaxing in the sun :D great deal.

Forgot to add - I'm guessing the electric rating is pretty standard for a jacuzzi, SHC of water being really high and all that. So this wont cost you anymore to run than a proper built in jacuzzi.

Remember water in summer will gain alot of heat from the sun! So you won't need to heat it up soo much!
It is right though, it gains about 2 degrees per hour.

The air jets are really simple but really effective. And the cover really protects it in this weather now!

MFI are currently running a promotion where you get one of these or a very similar looking one(priced at £499 on the MFi website) for FREE if you spend £750+ on a new bathroom, I know this will not be much use to a lot of people but to some it will be very useful.
