I don't want to be negative about a post as the price is good for one of these but having owned one myself I can't recommend it. It took 2 days to get up to temperature. Uses a lot of electricity. The pump on ours broke pretty quickly. The filter doesn't really work as a filter. Because the pool is not insulated it looses a lot of heat through the base and you have to leave it on all the time if you ever want to use it. We threw ours away after one summer.

I would of sent it back for refund replacement or repair under warranty.

i was thinking the same from nipstyler oOoO a bit of been a bit economical with the truth going on. should be no more than 12 hours to heat it to 37. To sit in a hot tub at 40 takes some getting used to ;)

What benefit would I receive from lying about it? Anyone else owned one?

If you want a hot tub get a real one or rent one and make sure you actually want one. They are cheaper to run. These are just money down the toilet.

I couldn't send it back because I didn't buy it. It was a present so I had no proof of purchase. Either way if you Google the product you will see most people think they are rubbish. Just trying to help protect other people from a bad purchase. These were about 4-500 quid when they first came out I had one about 4 years ago

Mine does not take 2 days to heat up. About 2-3 degrees an hour I would have at a guess.

Is MSPA a brand or short for something? Looking at getting a hot tub ASAP and this doesn't seem too bad a price.

Bought one last year and happy. Hose and hot water to get up to temperature. Get some cheap interlocking sports mats off ebay or similar to place it on which helps reduce loss of heat and even more padding.
