Chill the metal with air duster then heat it with a hair dryer. Dent will pop out. If you're lucky.
The other way round! Check the video I posted earlier.
Heat first, chill later. Sometimes works, depends on the dent.

Oh, OK. I've done the chilling first using dry ice and then popped out a dent with heat. It's best done soon after the bump as the metal has a memory and is more prone to return to its previous position.
