  Chill the metal with air duster then heat it with a hair dryer. Dent will pop out. If you're lucky.

  Heat first, chill later. Sometimes works, depends on the dent.

  Oh, OK. I've done the chilling first using dry ice and then popped out a dent with heat. It's best done soon after the bump as the metal has a memory and is more prone to return to its previous position.

  I don't recommend: produce a lot of liquid. I think the liquid is dangerous for electronics. I've had one from Maplin. I've paid 10 quid, but there was much less liquid.
