How much is 10/12k miles? Can't see without submitting all my details
Sold out anyway.
Where are you seeing that it's sold out?

via the email reply i had from the company
Not worth it. Current bmw 3 & 5 series are ugly and big mistake for bmw. The c & e class are much better looking.

Also this us the basic model
I think I'll wait for the new 7 Series.

Not exactly like for like...

Exactly, why even consider the 3 series. Not even the same class
I think I'll wait for the new 7 Series.
What's the point in choosing a 7 series over a 3? Surely the fact that it's a lot longer/larger is just an inconvenience.

alas, it's the same point i've been putting to the missus without success...if you know what i mean
So many of these lease deals are diesel, which immediately puts me off, also 8K a year on a diesel there's no point.
Normal logic where diesels are more expensive would indeed concur with your statement, however, if as in this case the diesel option is considerably cheaper than the petrol, then there clearly is a point!

There is a point, but diesels are still much less refined than petrol and don't have that immediate feel that petrol does. I used to foolishly always drive diesels until 2008 when I bought a petrol car and I'd never never never ever get a diesel again. Diesels are work horses for motorway miles and 15K+ miles a year. You could lease and not care as in this deal, but I do care and I couldn't put up with a diesel car again. Diesels were notoriously hated on Top Gear and for one reason they're crap if you really enjoy driving cars. I have a reasonably boring Golf MK6 1.4 TSI but it's so quiet compared to a diesel and for the amount of miles I do I'd be insane to put up with a diesel.
