I paid £54.95 for my 2 using the '£10 off' voucher. Should get a further £5 Quidco cashback, so just a fraction under £25 each.

Great deal, great quality torches. Noticed Go Outdoors are retailing the Lenser V2 triplex @ £9.99 at the moment, normally £20 at most outlets.

grabbed one through quidco, good price, thanks op

Brilliant product and this price is outstanding with the small torch as a bonus. Anyone thinking a cheap copy version will be better is a fool!!

We use these for night time work and I have found that batteries can last for over 40 hours in constant use.

Good price. Great torch. One ordered. Thanks ;-)

These cree led torches are really good

Another smaller one is the cyba-lite orion, which is small, bright, and has
the added bonus of running on just one AA battery

around £20

Where do you enter that Quidco voucher? Blacks won't accept it when I try...

EDIT: Ignore that - I was on the Blacks website! Though only the colour scheme is different...

Great Find.... I've owned a Lenser P7 for over a year and if you have never owned one before you will be amazed at the power this little beauty produces. Forget the low power setting, you'll never use it!...HIGH POWER is where you want to be at, gold plated contacts, fantastic focusing and on dark nights it's like a car headlight on full beam. I am secretly in love with my P7....please don't tell the wife! LOL....Seriously you will never buy a better torch for actual size and power.:friends: :w00t:

ridiculous price for any touch!

This is for the 'Pro' though.

You might never need a flashlight and if you do it would be just if the power goes out. Some people though have night jobs, hike, etc and need a petzl, fenix, led lenser, etc.

just ordered, many thanks

I've used torches from dealextreme at work for the last two. a colleague has a lenser and I can honestly say mine is brighter, smaller and cost less than half the price. but hey, i'm sure you guys know better having never seen the two side by side....

His comment was not stupid at all. The dealextreme ones will be far far brighter than this even if they don't use the same technology. This one is only rated at 200 lumens. The ones on dealextreme go up to 900 lumen for roughly the same price. The best selling 900 lumen one has been tested using a light meter on a few different sites and found to output 650-700 lumen consistently.

Please don't don't dismiss all the DX/Chinese torches out of hand. A little googling of SSC P7, which is the LED module used in many of them should show there are many, many forum postings from happy users. They're very bright, up there with the best in light output. Of course this lenser may have a better beam pattern, I've not seen a direct comparison.

i know deal xtreme p7 are way brighter than this and cheaper.build quality might not be the same but not bad
any idea how many lumens is this?
