Found these in store. (Available online also) Thought they are worth a go for the price. Used in my under stairs cupboard as no sockets and are very good for the price. Looking around £6+ on eBay. I went back for some more.

1m led lights battery powered

30,000 hours of usage

Provides adhesive tape for easy mounting

Easy to turn on and off

Needs 3 AA battery. Not supplied.

There are also longer mains powered ones that are more expensive but still look like. Good price

I've gone a bit crazy with led strip lights recently, they're brilliant! I have mains powered ones in kitchen cupboards, across the beam above the kitchen window and now up the stairs. Might sound wacky but really adds an amazing effect. Powered by 12vDC transformers. Really cheap on ebay, different stockists but seem to come from the same source.

My experience with strip lights bought from Maplin to go on underside of kitchen wall cabinets is the adhesive let's them down (literally). Even though the backing has 3M branding on it it's about as effective at holding these up for more than a day as a 99p shop pritstick.

Can anyone recommend any good adhesive thats relatively cheap but effective at holding up stuff like this?
