I don't understand why Amazon allow products specifically referencing piracy in their descriptions as Lightning Deals.

Some TV series are genuinely free e.g. on ITV player, and as this doesn't reference any pirated material specifically they are perfectly in their rights to declare it.
It clearly references Pay Per View shows.

Worth pointing out that the S905X is at best, very buggy.
And with others coming fast behind them, the manufacturer have no interest in fixing them. But unlike a few years ago, the community won't be fixing these either, they have too many bugs, including (on many) a broke Uboot.
Ask Kszaq on LibreElec, he's been in contact with nexbox and a few others. The S905X is selling cheap because it's not worth £10.

Can you recommend one for Plex with DTS support VoteForTrump?

I have S905X (Nexbox 2G Ram) and have not noticed any issues. Although I use it for Kodi mainly and it has been very good so far.

LibreELEC is a small Linux kernel running Kodi. No Android in sight.

So is it a safer version of Kodi than the ones that are pre installed on these from ebay and amazon ?

Kodi is perfectly safe as it is. Whenever you get one of these "fully loaded" boxes, the best thing you can do is to just uninstall it and install a fresh, clean version from the play store.

But LibreElec is a fork of OpenElec and both are essentially "standalone" versions of Kodi running in a self contained shell that effectively turn your box into a kodi-only box.

That said, if you're not experienced in flashing things then steer well clear as it's possible to brick your box if you do it wrong - to get LibreElec on mine, I also had to replace the custom recovery with the TWRP recovery as well.

Having used both, I do prefer LibreElec as it's updated far more frequently and is a lot smoother as well.

Dodging the license fee is the least of the misdemeanors this box will have you committing...

What misdemeanors will this box have you committing?

Looks good but would be concerned by only 1gb ram. As mentioned in previous comment Nexbox from gearbest has done great job for me

Of the cheap(er) boxes, there are so many i can't pin point one current gen.
Have a look at the ODROID C2, Wetek Play 2 or HUB, Minix NEO U1, or Raspberry Pi 3.
(They will all have much better support, and there's a wide price range between them, depending on your budget).
Or go for a MicroPC (NUC, Gigabyte Brix etc.)
Whatever is flavour of the month this month, won't be next month, unless it's already got any size community behind it.
Orange Pi, Banana Pi also worth looking at, and you can make a case up or buy on for next to nothing (as with the Raspberry Pi)
Do a search for - ODROID C2 S905 2GB RAM HDMI 2.0 $40
You'll get a forum with better answers.

Let's not discuss this for the 300th time, if anyone wants the usual back and forth they can search kodi in the ask section or even better have a look at the articles on torrentfreak.

Looking for a box that works with a DVI/Sound splitting cable.
Can't get my firestick to work with a DVI TV so need a box to replace it.
Any recommendations ?

i bought one of these a couple of weeks ago. Complete waste of money. Sent it back for a refund.
Remote didn't work unless I was within 3 feet of the box, and it's painfully slow to navigate/ launch apps. 1GB just isn't enough for these. Pay the extra and go for 2GB/ 16GB.
I'm still on the lookout for something better, but need it to be as cheap as possible (I paid £27.99 for my leelbox).

What about the box I linked to in my previous post?

decent price but i cant be arsed to wait around for up to a month for something to be delivered. Also cant be arsed with the cost of returns if i have to return a knackered box to china.

Took a week to come, I expected it to take a lot longer
