It's worth getting if you're a fan of the first one. It's a bit more manic, but theres lots of new weapons and some exciting finales!!
#2
Id recommend if you haven't played the first, there is no continuing story as such but if you love first person shooters then this is a good example, especially playing via online co-op
#3
Having got this from Steam the other night, this game is well worth the price tag.

H & R left!

(Though I paid ~£20.25ish from the Steam 4pack, :>)

I'm pre-ordering and saving it till christmas!

Glad this has dropped a little more. I want to buy it at Amazon, but my £2.50 matchstick voucher (HUKD 2008) is not being recognised - It doesn't expire til Apr 2010.

Maybe Shopto will price match so I can use my £3 discount there...

Doesn't seem to be getting that hot yet, when on amazon a month ago for £26.99 it went over 200 degrees

this is £24.99 with before you get savings from quidco and loyalty points.

I can't see it getting cheaper for a game that's just about to be released!

I forgot to add heat, so one step closer. With the Quidco/Reward points this is definitely the best deal going.

Amazon customer services were fantastically helpful, just got my voucher honoured so paid just £22.49.
Hopefully here in time for my birthday on Friday as it has been available to play since Tuesday.

Agree but Amazon's old £26.99 still seem to be hotter :?

Why is this a deal? This is full price. No doubt valve will cut the price in half on steam in a couple of months so if you want a real deal then wait for that.
#10
It's a deal because it the best price now!

Not in months time!

Also the price has dropped from what it was a week or so ago when the best deal was on amazon for £26.99 and was over 200 degrees hot

not only is this £2 cheaper but there is another £2.75 to be had in cashbacks and loyaly as part of this deal!

It's quite simple....

Everything comes down in price you wait, so ifthats your view then this site is pretty redundant.

Maybe I shouldn't have posted this and people could go buy it at CDWOW and be £5.76 out of pocket.

great deal, have some heat

Game now officialy released. Mine arrived on Friday.

Loving the game..... nearly hot
#15
got it yesterday off steam for £16.66. One of a four pack license.
#16
So good. Played the demo, and liked it so much that I preordered it on the spot AND bought the first one to keep me going till it came out!
#17
Points you'd earn with this purchase: 250 (= £0.63)

Although quidco tracks at 9% not 6%

1.5% for Hardware
1.5% for Wii Hardware sales
9% for Software

£22.74 with quidco or £22.11 + reward card.

Either way, cheapest deal around - Heat added!

I ordered last night but it hasn't tracked on Quidco. I did this twice (cleared cookies) but both times it failed to track. :(

Thank You

I had no problems, wait a few weeks to see if it comes up then look at putting a claim on to quidco for a purchase which wasnt tracked and you should get it it eventually.

Glad its gone hot now. Certainly the cheapest for those like me who prefer a hard copy of games than downloading

whats the point posting this a day after you could get it for £16.87 in the multipack ?

This was posted over a week ago, and has only recently been made hot!

I cant find the deal you are on about, are you sure it hasn't expired? Can you link us to it?

Is that deal for a hard copy, or for a download to PC and electronic manual type thing for the game - they are both completely different things.
#23
If you meant http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/540394/steam-24hrs-only-star-wars-kotor-1-?

.... that's a download only! Not everyone wants to download gigabytes of a game, and often if your PC screws up you lose the game (at least it does on some game downloading providers I have used), also what if you want instal on more than one PC, is this possible?

Also..... your deal has expired, and that was if you could find another 3 people to buy in with you.

I think I will order this - gonna get it for £20 delivered using the £5 off £50 code trick
Grab some reward card points too.
I think Quidco seems to be having trouble with GAME - ordered a VGA cable a few days ago & it didn't track; will have to wait 28 days to raise an enquiry.
