What's the deal on this? Why is the price dropping so quickly? I got the first one on pc for around this price only in august. That was well late after release, only been a month or so with LFD2 what's wrong with it? I was expecting to pay this price next summer when I can go on another gaming binge am I better off buying in advance is this some kinda offer?

i think because everyone is buying call of duty modern warfare 2 which is a brilliant game.

L4D2 has already sold 2 million copies. It's just Christmas panic by the retailers trying to better each other.
In the end they'll create an unstable economy and devalue games... bah-humbug...

Although, I'm one of the ones who saw this as overpriced at release since it's almost an add-on pack for the first game. So, this is a fair price. Go get it. Merry Christmas everyone :-).

Played the first L4D, great game. This one is even better, great game play dynamics.

Checked my stats last night and i've played this online for 63hrs in just a month :w00t:
No real regrets about paying full price at launch.

Im one of those still holding on for an even cheaper price.

Did not find the demo very different to the first game...

playing with the katana alone is probably worth the money :P

even greater value for money if you know other people with the game too

Honestly though, not as big a rip-off as I thought. Was considering not buying it due to it basically being an expansion pack, but having played it there's a lot of minor improvements which make it worth while. It was worth the £22.50 I paid for it at launch, so it's definately worth £15 now. Hot.
