2 for £14 - your description is misleading

Most are around 20% discount, but I reckon there'll be better deals on almost all of these in the coming months.
#3
Star Wars ones cheaper at Amazon - eg £6.47 each.
#4
Lego has not sold that well this year, their will be better sales in the next few months if you can wait. 20% is ok but the trigger is 30%+

Yes the sets aren't great. I want the Creator Bike Store but am waiting for Argos toy sale to get that as £60 far too much.

I've after most of the ones (arctic set / trains / fire vehicle) they've reduced for my boys, but as winter_zombie says, trigger point is 30+ discount for me.

For what it's worth OP, I've voted hot. Whilst I partially understand the points made above, surely on the basis of "things will be cheaper later in the year" we should currently be voting almost everything cold on this site? As for the "30% trigger", that's a personal preference and not something that we should all necessarily adhere to when deciding whether or not a Lego deal is hot.

On a positive note, at least no one has (yet) mentioned how poorly Asda package Lego and how it's sure to arrive damaged ;)

Thanks and yes i was waiting for that. Thou the joke of this site is that their is a 50% off box i listed speratly that's upto 200 + heat so the 50% off trigger has gone on some items on this link.

Hukd full of cold voters who have never posted a single deal. "Not enough of a reduction for my vote". Tiresome.

Well, based on mine and others' experiences - they may well turn out to be. Because they send them as they are in plastic bags. And yes, Amazon puts them in boxes that most of the time protect them from damage (unless you're buying HDDs).

Enjoy your damaged boxes.

Not always. Most of my orders from Asda come in the original lego shipping boxes, so are well protected. But then I buy multiples of 6x for smaller sets and 3x for larger sets, so they have no need to remove them from the original shipping boxes.

There are Deals and there are Hot Deals. 20% off for Lego is not a Hot Deal (unless you are talking about the £100+ sets like Creator Expert for example), as you can find them quite frequently on Amazon. Most (Not all) sets have a potential to go to 33% off or more, which is where the 30%+ trigger comes from. I'm not voting on this one...
