"splash proof". Imagine using the projector in the bathroom :-)

If not project Blue Beam, i bet projectors wouldnt be so sophisticated today. I wonder how that thing perform in real life. Wonder when they release 3d projectors for the public.

Video is of a 2gb version. But shows of features and projector. It's a cool concept but ruined by poor res and light power on the projector. (50lumens, 480 res)

passmark does say that the z8550 is about 10% faster than the z8500

looking there it seems there is an LTE version with the z8500 as well for the same price.

Looks like an interesting idea but I think they need to get the execution right, which would probably mean another few hundred quid on the price!

Yes there is but is the lower spec version unfortunatley (16GB, 2GB)!

"Pro" -> runs android :(

I'd love this sort of thing if it ran full fat Windows.

I'd love this sort of thing if it ran full fat Windows.

Android is a massive let down, its like giving someone shoes with no laces. Plus it has all Google apps which never sleeps and collect 101% of your data. At least Microsoft, or shall i say older Windows (7) can be modified to prevent them from monitoring/ data trafficking you automatically.

I have one of these and great for watching TV or movies in bed, just projects it onto the ceiling, genius.

Have they fixed the exfat file support? I have the pro 2, its a little laggy, but for viewing media I love the bigger screen.. But lack of exfat file support is annoying

Ordered the Google C, but I am sorely tempted by this now. Will probably miss this, send the Google tab back and live without either though.

Just bought mine from Curry's PC World for the same price. I also went into Argos this morning and checked the specs and they are still selling the old one version at the full price?? I physically checked the box and the lady also checked for the 4 gb version.

What surprises me is that there is no english reviews of this model on the net??

Interesting. It must have have only started being stocked by curry's as they previously didn't have on sale. Reviews exist for the 32gb version. I have mine and unfortunately I cannot get sky go to work!

I think the 64gb is a fairly new version.

I think i will do a little video review of mine when i get it as there seems to be nothing anywhere about it??

The 64gb is the newest and when you think about what you are buying for 400 quid it is a lot of bang for buck.

Yes it's great especially as I got for £350 in a Christmas sale on lenovo website. Just disappointed sky go does not work and I dont know why, no1 seems to have this version with Android 6.0.1 installed
