A good spec and definitely speedy laptop for general purpose day-to-day computing. Don't need it, don't mind it, might get it :)

The Latest and Fastest RAM. To meet the needs of present and future, DDR4 delivers higher performance, lower power consumption, higher density and increased reliability.
Blazing Fast Internet Speeds. This laptop's internet speed is up to 3x faster than laptops using, thanks to 802.11 a/c Wi-Fi technology. This means faster media streaming and web browsing.
Stereo speakers sound bigger and better, thanks to the experts at Dolby Laboratories. Dolby lets you transform your IdeaPad 310 into a personal home theatre!
Affordable Performance. Available with Intel Core i7-7500U processor, the IdeaPad 310 delivers serious horsepower without breaking the bank.

Great price. Can't argue with the bang per buck but it wont win any beauty contests. Heat added.

No dedicated graphic card means no. Go for last gen gtx 960 or current 1050.

Ok great thanks for the reply, i'm just looking for something cheap like this that i can use at work to watch films and play the odd game here, not worth me buying a high end gaming laptop as i use my xb1 at home!

Would it be possible to report the battery capacity of the laptop please?

Running this after extracting the zip will show it in MAH..

As im not very tech minded, I have been looking at another laptop same price range wondered if I could get your thoughts on it compared to this, is this 1 the better option over the ASUS I found last night? http://www.ebuyer.com/757280-asus-x555qg-laptop-silver-black-x555qg-xx007t

Perfect, was on the look out for a decent spec (for office/home) use so this fits the bill nicely!

The IdeaPad was the better of the two.
Screen: 1080p vs. 768p
CPU (passmark): 5256 vs. 3864
Both have a weak GPU but the Intel 620 on the IdeaPad is superior to the AMD M430.

damn, missed it, I added it to my favourites and started looking at other deals for comparison, then the price went back up. Was ready to purchase. grrr. Must have been a price glitch.

Fantastic deal. Shame I missed it

Looks like it was a price glitch. I did wonder why the i5 version cost more!
