Don't worry about it. Look at the across the board 5 star reviews on DABS to know its worth. You'll always get neg. trolls on here :?
SuzieM, 2.5-3 hours is a truthful average for 3 cell batteries.

Dabs does heavy editing to remove 1* to 3* ratings than ebuyer, based on past recent deals for £150 and £199 and £219...so I think people think £255 is too high.

COLD VERY COLD !!!!

Absolute rubbish - lucky to get 2 hours on this model. The whole point about netbooks is portability and battery life - a netbook with a 3 cell battery is worthless IMHO.

Asus 1000H may be an older model replaced by the 1000HE - has realistic 4 hour life with it;s 6 cell battery and you can still get it from Amazon for £245 also it comes with a 2 year warranty.

I've got a 3 cell Advent and easily get 2 hours out of it depending on light setting. I've also got a 6 cell Acer and get 5+ hours out of it. At this point I was going tocall you a grumpy git you but you are right about it being over priced. My Acer cost £245 (trade)
The whole point of Netbooks isn't just portability and battery life. My daughter has one due to the size and weight, I have mine as it boots quicker, is lighter, it has built in WiFi and bluetooth and I can take it into the garden. I haven't taken mine out of the house yet!
