seems to be only the laptop battery; look at the product overview section, it says:

"Description
Power your system whenever and wherever you need it with the ThinkPad T60 Series 6 Cell Li-Ion Battery. In the office, on the road and anywhere in between, ThinkPad T60 Notebook is the ideal solution for frequent travelers requiring full functionality without a heavy load. The biggest feature of the Thinkpad T60 is the fact that it is one of Lenovo's first Centrino Duo capable notebooks."

Me too! Didn't wish to be greedy but ordered 2 as my mum wants a laptop anyway. After all if you get them you get them and if you don't, you don't.

Free delivery too!

Hang on...could be the laptop as well, if you search for Part No. UO1HCUK on Google, you will come across this:

http://www.laptopshop.co.uk/Lenovo-ThinkPad_T60_UO1HCUK-laptop-1-n2.htm

Going to order mine.....

What is their returns policy, If I end up with just the battery..
banned#13
You wont get it
+

I dont trust the company
#14
Ive ordered one, doubt i will get it though :|
#15
could be the laptop as well and not jsut the battery, just google for part number UO1HCUK and you will come across a £1000 laptop.

there is a difference in weight though, the basket says 0.5 kg, but the google search result says 2.3 kg

Taking no chances, cancelled order and Google checkout has forwarded Saverstore's cancellation confirmation. Looks like they're on the ball with this, which probably means that they are either inundated with orders or both orders and cancellations! Red faced I dare say.
#17
Hope I dont end up with a damned battery, whats their returns policy?
#18
I guess the same guy who works at Apple store has taken a part-time job at saverstore as well :giggle:
#19
I'd steer well clear of this company ......look at the reviews :

well the specs of the item I'm buying make me think I'm buying a laptop so er yeah if they send me a battery I'll be quoting them the trade descriptions act.
#21
Ordered one through googlecheckout. Hope this protects me from being overcharged?
#22
ordered but know it'll not be honoured...never have had a misprice delivered so why do I bother??..you may well ask???LOL
banned#23
i've ordered through googlecheckout also and with a credit card....
#24
If I pay through Paypal and a credit card would it be any different.
#25
Anyone been charged yet?

I put in the wrong details and they charged a backup account of mine which is bloody empty. Had to cancel the order and start again. Sod's law.

Also, I've used saverstore in the past and had no problems.

#27

Does anyone know if our credit card companies will refund amounts under £100?
#29
What's the cancellation process through Google Checkout?
#30

The confirmation email contains the statement:

"TERMS OF SALE
All items, offers, specifications and prices are believed to be correct and given in goods faith at the time of this quotation, but may change due to circumstances beyond our control.

This acknowledgement does not constitute and acceptance of your order. Your order will be deemed to have been accepted when we despatch to you the goods which form the subject matter of your order. We may at our total discretion reject your order."

Confirmation of order placed recieved and credit card debited.

The above states "Quotation" yet it's not a quotation when you've placed the final order surely?
#32
I've ordered one through Google checkout.

What should I do??? :?
banned#33
pray :-D
#34
I wouldnt use Google checkout ever again , it took a month to get a refund last time as a company couldnt get the grasp off Google checkout even had to email google to investigate...think it was a lame company called CyberCheckout :x ...granted not googles fault but i now perfer to deal with any company directly then having to go through a third party
#35
My order says : Awaiting Stock and also states Held - Awaiting Credit Card Verification :x

They have already took the money out of my bank account , oh well knew it was a mistake to go for this offer
#36
Oh dear! What a lot of batteries saverstore have to get rid of!
#37
Well I just ordered one. But I'm a bit apprehensive about trying to get my money back when they realise it's a misprice. But then if there is a load of us who have all been conned then I'm sure we could put some weight behind this and report them to trading standards.
