Current price: 169.95
After claiming VAT £141.63 (you will get the VAT amount couple of £28.32 weeks alter buying it)

Full HD screen, 2gb ram, a decent Intel cpu and one of the best batteries that you can get on a tablet. I personally don't think there is any 8" or 9" tablet better this one for that price.

so VAT refund is on top of £169?
so VAT refund is on top of £169?

If so it will be below £150 which is a great deal.

I think the VAT refund isn't included in the price. I didn't wanted to include it just in case.

But even if the price is £170 I still think it's a great deal and at least I haven't been able to find a better tablet for that price (if anyone knows one let me know before I buy this one).

if you can get the VAT back then it's even better
do these have mini projector on the side?
here is a review of the tablet from a very known site:

do these have mini projector on the side?

no it doesn't
10 inch is £200 on currys
same price on amazon

but i want the 10 inch so off to check currys as per orcunis' pointer

I just updated the OP to inform that the price of this one after claiming the VAT is £141.63
Is that 10" as good as the samsung pro 10"
The Samsung has better display and I think a marginally better processor, but it also costs £200 more...
I've been looking at this for a while, 160 for a 10' tablet isn't a bad price, have read not great things about the UI and a lack of rooting which is putting me off
Re UI, I'm planning to put Nove or Google Now on it.

Since it just came out, I'd assume (and hope) that rooting should become available soon via XDA etc, no ?
No mention of a VAT refund deal...is this expired?
looks like the vat back offer expired 5th December
