Integrated graphics, Intel HD 520
It's okay. Light gaming will be quite light indeed. What do you intend to play?
#10
Football manager 2017 mainly maybe other games was hoping for something with not just the integrated graphics but pretty sure they would handle this anyway

This is definitely full HD, the Argos details are wrong!
Look at every review and detailed spec of this machine and it's clearly a 1920×1080 screen

Easy enough to find examples of the Lenovo Z50 on ebay with a 1366x768 display:

This was in the Q&A:-

"Hi,

After looking into this I can confirm that the Laptop is the Lenovo Z50. The model number is 80EC00MFUK.

Thank you for using Argos Q&A"

As far as I can see from other websites, BT, Laptops Direct and Save On Laptops, that model is 1366x768. I am not convinced from some of the answers that Argos are certain what they are selling, for sure, or at least they haven't amended the details to say which it is, both 1920x1080 and 1366x768 are still mentioned in the spec list, at the time of my writing this.

Edit - on the other hand CCL have that model down as being 1920x1080!

Don't think it's worth the risk not knowing but the full hd might've made it worth buying I'll keep looking
#17
Looks good to me. Heat..
#18
If this was FHD i'd be amazed as Argos don't seem to have a clue as to what it is they are actually selling. And who would take the risk in buying knowing how painful it could be if it turns out to be 1366x768 and trying to get Argos to refund you. If it was FHD i'd buy one at that price.
#19
Did anyone manage to find out what resolution this laptop has then? Great price for the specs + FHD (if it is)

I was the one that put it up and still not sure really I reserved one at Argos because thought was full hd but it says both full hd and 1366x768 it's still decent specs for the price but if it was full hd would have to be a buy

Are you going to pick up your reserved one? If so please report back as I might go for this if it is indeed FHD. Most other things look ok on it, and for the price if it is FHD I might just have to bite
#22
Sorry mate didn't get my reserved one didn't want to risk it iv bought the Lenova 310 ideapad which is full hd and has very good specs for the money currently £350 in currys. http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/computing/laptops/laptops/lenovo-ideapad-310-15-6-laptop-white-10146132-pdt.html

Looking at the specs alone..

Is this machine a better option than this one?

Posted this on the other thread as well, hope it helps someone but if anything it's confused me more.

Ok, I just went and bought one.

If anybody can tell me how to check if it is acually 1080p I'd be happy to post the result.

All I can say is the screen looks good, but if its 1080 or not, I don't know.
#26
If it doesn't tell you on side of box or near keyboard go to start then click control panel and then under appearance and personalisation click adjust screen resolution click the drop down menu next to resolution and you'll find it there there's another way but can't think not being by laptop :)
