Kindle Daily Deal (15/01/17)

Product Description:

'LEON was the first restaurant on the high street to pay attention to a new way of eating - championing gluten-, dairy- and sugar-free food. We've always done it. It's always done us and our customers good. Now it's time to stop it being a secret.' - John Vincent, LEON co-founder

Each recipe in this beautiful cookbook is completely gluten-, dairy- and refined sugar-free, with many following a 'paleon' formula (LEON's version of Paleo). From recipes for gluten-free Spaghetti Vongole to chocolate beetroot cake, breakfast dahl to chicken and olive tagine, this book contains recipes for every meal of the day and every occasion, and proves that a free-from menu can be utterly delicious.

Book Description:

Healthy fast food brand LEON are back, to bring you hundreds of gluten- and dairy-free recipes that are deliciously fuss-free.

I prefer the film to the book. Too much cooking, not enough sniping.

Hot deal, but the kindle edition would never have had the RRP of £25 though.. Would it?

Only two reviews for the Kindle edition. Both are 1 star and say that the format of the book make it unreadable on the Kindle.

According to ereaderiq it was £16.99 on Kindle until October, £10 since then, so 99p is a decent price, Iirc, it was also part of one of Amazon's recent sales (maybe still is, if it's a Kindle Monthly Deal).

As for formatting, will probably be great in the Kindle app on a hi-res colour screen and not up to much on e-ink displays, as pointed out by wedonotneedit6666.
