With a series of simple and colourful mini-games on offer, Lets Tap gives players a unique control scheme like nothing seen before.
Wii is perhaps best known for giving players a truly unique control scheme thats easy for players of any skill to pick up and play - with Lets Tap, this concept is pushed even further. Using the Wii Remote and either the provided cardboard box or a flat surface, players simply need to tap on their chosen surface to control the action on screen.
Five unique game modes have been created to utilize this concept, including Tap Runner, where players must sprint to the finish line while avoiding natural obstacles in over 16 courses. Rhythm Tap asks players to tap to the beat shown on screen, and in Silent Blocks players must use both hard and light taps to remove blocks from a column one at a time without the tower collapsing. Each of these titles can be played with up to four others.
Lets Tap must be the most original concept for a control scheme yet seen on Nintendo Wii. With its distinctive tapping method, the Wii Remotes controls have been boiled down to the simplest of movements.
