4.3" touch screen for 1-touch copy, scan, fax and email (plus "App Store"-like smart solutions)
5 year guarantee
Includes XL individual cartridges for 3x more pages
Wireless-n or Ethernet connectivity
50-page automatic document feeder
Less than 1p per page black printing (cheap original black ink)
Automatic Two-sided Printing (duplex)

Can't find it close to this price anywhere else.

For FIVE YEARS and less than 1p per page printing cost per black page - this is pretty good in my opinion

Colour inks are pretty comparable to other printers.

Downside - is slower than average print speed - but I think this is a great deal for the overall package

Lexmark inklets aren't worth bothering with. A client of mine bought one of these, and I ended up setting it up for them. Very plasticky for what is supposed to be a small office printer, and had a couple of times where it would simply stop communicating with the computer. The banding in draft mode was terrible too, and very slow in normal print mode.

They ended up replacing the head in their HP officejet (I can't remember the model off the top of my head), which has done 15k pages, and kept this as a backup.

Ink cartridges are tiny too. Probably ok for home use, but nothing more.
