It's a decent little printer. I've got the X2350 and it's nice.

Guys could comment on how the EPSON DX4400 (http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/product/401463/EPSON-DX4400) compares with this.
P.S
For those who don't know if you have a wifi broadband router with a spare USB port (as in BT Broadband hub ) there is a possiblity that you may be able to attach your USB printer to to the Hub and use it wirelessly from anywhere within the house.

What, with full functionality? When this is a possibility usually it only allows very basic use this way, and not scanning, which is rather the reason for having an all-in one.

Pair of cartridges are about 31 quid - like all Lexmarks, a fortune to run :-(

I think you will find the printer is superb but the cartridges will cost you a bomb, unfortunately these sort of printers are "Disposable" as it's cheaper to buy them again complete with ink than to replace the inks on your old one.

I bought one of the epson DX4450 printers from PC World, print quality is very good and replacement ink (unbranded) can be bought easily and very cheaply, unlike the Lexmark.
Printing is a little slower than my last epson but the results are better. Scanning and copying is also very good and the build quality is also better than my last one.

Through past experience Lexmark do make good printers as well but they cost an absolute fortune to run!

That's pretty cruddy!
I kind of assumed that you can just refill cartridges for any type of printer with the cheap unbranded ink, and they'd all work fine. How come this isn't possible for Lexmark printers?
