This looks excellent to me for net use only - would anyone (tekkies/nerds/etc) care to comment on that please?

I hate to be the bearer of the bad news but I really really don't recommend buying electronics/expensive items from Play.com (or Pixmania or CDiscount or other non-UK retailers).

As they operate outside the UK they are outside the scope of the Sale of Goods Act which means if you have a problem they can dust their hands entirely and leave you at the mercy of the warranty/supplier (which is often less-than-ideal).

Just be warned - it's often better to pay a little more and get some backup.
