The LG Flatron M228WD certainly looks the part, but it's not just a pretty face. It comes with both analogue and digital TV tuners, so you can enjoy ordinary terrestrial stations as well as over 30 digital TV and radio channels. It operates just like an ordinary television. Just hit the source button to switch from PC to analogue or digital TV mode, tune the stations, then kick back and enjoy. Unless it's Jeremy Kyle you're watching, in which case you may want a sick bag.;When you're sick of telly, you can flick the source button and go back to PC mode. The M228WD has a native resolution of 1,920x1,200 pixels, which is pretty good for a display of this size. It runs slightly above 1080p -- so it's more than HD Ready.

Not up on tv's but hot from me I like it:thumbsup:
isnt this cheaper on cdiscount?
I have this TV and i like it, paid £199.99 in Novermber from ebuyer so in comparison to that its a good price. Got my xbox and pc running from it and get an excellent picture on both. The freeview isn't bad either. Sound could be better but have my connected to a surround system.
pretty sure the resolution is 1680x1050:

Yes, 1920 x 1200 is a very odd resolution...In this case the pixel width would be correct for a 1080p display, but the pixel height should be, well, 1080px for a 1080p display. I think jazex is correct above.

However, seems a good price for what it is, so voted hot. Personally, I'd buy a HD TV if I had nearly £200 to spend on a monitor, but this would of course be ideal as a bedroom PC / TV combo.

I read that WUXGA monitors can support a 1920 x 1200 resolution, so this may be true for this monitor.

Yes you are right currently £189.99 and I bought at £179.99 a few weeks ago from them so worth keeping an eye out. Excellent telly IMHO read other comments on ebuyer which gives a good idea of what you are getting
