Seems good to me, have some heat.

Its great if you only need this size i.e to put in kitchen but the id personally much rather have a 32" for the 100 quid extra :)

Ye, I would personally go for a 42" one :w00t: but this is quite a decent price IMO

I bought last week when its was a £1 more and have to say its a great TV for bedroom or kitchen. Sound is really good and picture is great as well. The viewing angle can is not amazing and not 1080p but better then the hybrid tv/monitors with poor sound.

I got one and sent it back, it has the worst sound I've ever heard in a television, even my 80 quid Tosumi tv from tescos has better sound and contrast ratio. That's what they cut costs on to make it 1080p for that price. Also, the freeview tuner really sucks.

Got this set last week, good sized set to have in a bedroom without it being too large.

A fair few people have reported poor sound on this set, so maybe get a demo in Currys before you buy from Amazon ;) I need a set for the bedroom, but might hold on a couple of months, I think more 1080p sets will come out, maybe with LED backlighting as well.
#15
Would this work as a computer screen too?
#16
lookes good currys are doing refurbished 22 inch with free view and dvd slot with a years warrenty for £149 99

Can anyone recommend a good 22" as I am going to be buying a new TV for my 82 year old mother and because it HAS to go on an existing G Plan unit it can only accommodate a 22" max.

She will only be sitting about 6 to 7 ft from the screen so I'm hoping it will suffice.

It's going to be replacing an old 21" CRT TV that is on its last legs.

yesterday I ordered this one http://www.dixons.co.uk/martprd/store/dix_page.jsp?BV_SessionID=@@@@1403770920.1256041456@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccegadeiimekjfgcflgceggdhhmdgml.0&page=Product&fm=null&sm=null&tm=null&sku=538741&category_oid=-34756

it says HD ready but in fact is 1080p. I have checked on LG site.

It does have tv tuner and the reviews seems quite good.

once I get it I will post my first imrpessions.

It is 1080p and does have a headphone socket but the speakers are terrible and the headphone socket sound quality isn't that much better. It also has severe backlight issues.

I bought a 22LH2000 last week. The sound isn't amazing but its perfectly ok.
Picture is great (not sure why you'd need 1080p on a 22 inch tv, unless you are 6 inches from the screen you won't see the difference)
I watch a lot of movies and the killer feature of the 22LH2000 is having divx player built in, being able to watch movies via the usb port.
