An excellent monitor for this price. A review from PC Pro can be found here,

http://www.pcpro.co.uk/reviews/monitors/352168/lg-flatron-w2442pa

Stand is height adjustable and can be rotated to portrait mode.
Support VGA, HDMI and DVI connections.
Native resolution is 1920X1080 AKA 1080P

Yes there are cheaper 24" monitors out there but this one combines both a quality screen, a flexible stand, and all the connectors at a great price.

That's another decent monitor mamboboy. If anyone doesn't need the flexibility offered by the LG stand and wants to save the fiver then its a good shout.

I'll be using the LG for both work and play so the flexible stand was a must.

I don't understand why manufacturers don't do more models with this type of stand. My current monitor is on top of a pile of books because it's not height adjustable and I didn't want to shell out 50 quid for a flexible desk mounted arm to hang it on.

Hey guys, if I buy a new monitor like this (for my pc) should I connect it with vga/dvi or should I connect it with hdmi?

Is there any difference when it comes to pc monitors and would I gain anything by using an hdmi lead.
Thanks.
