I got the 42 inch one which is good (100hz, bluetooth is great, send pictures from my mobile within seconds), although a SD source on a HDTV is a bit blurry due to the scaling. I'm tempted to get this for the kitchen! I stupidly messed up the base stand and now the screws are stripped as they wouldn't go in any further (only half way in), so the whole TV leans abit forward. Any ideas on how to fix it? I think some metal wire around the remaining top part of the screw might stop it going forward as they seem firmly in and won't go in any more anyway.

This isnt 100Hz, the Panasonic for £350 at Richer Sounds seems to be more highly rated as well.

I did reserve one of these and was going to pick up boxing day but probably going for the Panny instead.

if the stores are not willing to sell the display model, it means they will be getting them back in.

they dont wont to sell the display model as there would be no way of advertising their main product.
#20
it is misquoted as 100hz check lg website also this was on offer at christmas and sold out pc world do not know if there will be further stock

It might be out of stock everywhere. But don't worry. You can go to the PC World store and ask the store staff to Forward Order it from local pcworld depot. They might say they can't order it from store. You have to speak to the supervisor level to do this. You have to pay for it in advance. There is a small delivery charge as well. When it is in stock , it will be delivered directly to the customer. I think the next batch will due in on 2nd of Jan but this is my estimate only. Due to the high demand and popularity, you have to order it as quickly as possible. Otherwise they would not be able to fulfil all the order.

on a 32" panel, id very highly doubt that would make an ounce of difference, unless you have superman vision
