I think it is, especially when you compare it to the Sony deal everyone was going nuts over last month

Sony 403 - £299

- Fat and ugly

LG ld690 - £319

It has cable management built in on the rear of the set that pops out if you want to use it, not sure how flat against the wall it would go but that would also be down to the tv bracket you are mounting it on too!

This is really HOT!
I've made comparisons on the net and this one was in the top list.
I've seen comparisons at Richer Sounds and the picture quality is awesome compared to the LD490.
Finally ended up with a 37" Sony though...

Oh and I have this set connected to my laptop and I have full 1920 x 1080 resolution with a lovely bright image and my 2 page CV is open with both pages displayed full size side by side on the screen at the same time..

Can't tell you about picture quality from the tv as my aerial was supposed to turn up today and it didn't, but did watch OldBoy on Bluray earlier and it was stunning, ran it through my sub and speakers and was blown away..(_;)

Picked mine up yesterday from yeovil, and there was still one in stock, can't describe how good the picture is... been watching the football on hd, and the quality is A1. can't go wrong for 300 notes.
#29
Shouldn't it be 120hz for double 60hz, I know PAL is 50hz but anything in hd isn't PAL *confused*

Good find and looks like a great TV for the price. I was only looking for a smaller TV but when I realised I could get a 32", a brand like LG, Internet TV with Freeview HD for a price similar to my budget I just had to purchase one.

Stock was a little hard to find. Lincoln, Grantham, Gainsborough have none so got the last one at Scunthorpe.

Heat added! TY

Please if anyone in London has reserved one and have changed their mind then please lt me know. I am desperate for 1 of these I have been keepin my eye on something like this and there is none left anywhere in London.
#32
I'm just stapling my fingers to a chair... It's the only way I can stop myself buying this.

Top top posting. Heat applied twice. Well at least I tried.

Off out to get mine soon, so will report back on Xbox and PS3 quality. As said above, i'm expecting it to be more than adequate.
