You need a dish. Love the pic and name - KLF rock - have some rep

Dish and cable running from it to the TV then it works. Too much hassle for me, I just stick with Freeview.

do you need a special dish for free sat? we've got an old sky dish attached to the side of our house with the cables still attached and am wondering if that could be used?

It depends how old you mean. A Sky mini-dish will work. An old analogue 60cm Sky dish will likely be pointing in the wrong direction.

;-) should work with a sky dish upto 8 or so years old mine works great on the panna 42" with freesat....good luck

Great price. I bought the 37" version the other week and cannot recommend the LF7700 series enough,

i've seen some bad reviews of this when connected to a PS3 doing 1080p - apparently a lot of problems with flicker. Anyone have any experience?

I can confirm that. I have the TV myself and it cant handle the 1080p from the PS3 home screen

Big thanks to the op, been looking for this tv for the kitchen as I got the sky installer to run a separate cable when we had sky installed.

Was £399 at Argos 3 weeks ago but went up to £499 the day after so was gutted, but happy now :-D

thank you - guess I'll stay away from this set then!

Guess I'll have to wait for a 100hz 1080p set to appear in the sale!

I think the RicherSounds deal is better: http://www.richersounds.com/search/lg%2032lf770
because a 5 year guarantee is quite cheap.

I've read a LOT about this, I really can't see why everyone is getting this issue.

I am running my PS3 via a HDMI 1.3 compliant lead to the exact same TV (bought mine from Argos a few weeks ago) and it's running in 1080p with NO problems whatsoever. Scroll from left to right quickly - no trouble at all. My guess is that your HDMI leads are v1.0 and aren't sending the signal through correctly.

I'd have to say this is a great television; would recommend to anyone - Freesat HD built in is the icing on the cake. Really worth it!

Even has an optical audio out connector for hearing Freesat Dolby Digital 5.1 broadcasts via an AV receiver (the way it's meant to be!)

Hope this helps!

EDIT: If you haven't already; update the firmware of the TV via the satellite - you may be running an out of date version causing it to glitch!

so with freesat what hd channels do you get or is it somtimes press the red for hd ????
#20
expired, gone up to £437.95!

..wondering can you watch a film off a usb stick plugged into this screen?
thanks

I have problems with certain Xbox 360 games (e.g. Resident evil 5) running in 1080p - you basically get "screen tear" which is very irritating. You have to change the settings to 1080i on the console and it runs fine.

No problems with any of the PS3 games though (probably because most of them aren't native 1080p?)

Brought this TV myself. It's 50hz and not 100hz.
#24
Price has gone back down. Unexpire?
#25
was just about to say that too, needs unexpiring
#26
there really should be a button to allow people to report threads for unexpiring.
#27
Got mine today... PS3 and bluray movies look sexy on it.
#28
Back in stock, again. Unexpire anyone?
#29
Would be an ideal thing to do.

Seems that they unexpired the duplicate thread at
http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/567605/lg-32-1080p-tv-with-freesat-hd-lg-3
rather than this one. Hmm.
