Are they really "new" though - wasn't there a fiasco the other month with Argos selling second hand Panasonics as new on Ebay?

good thing is if they do mis-sell, they would probably provide a new one as well as compensastion in the end or even maybe just refund you, your money and let you keep the tv.... oO
