This sleek LG 42LH2000 TV uses Twin XD Engine technology to improve its picture quality. It takes standard definition images to near HD levels by improving brightness, contrast, detail and enhancing colour as well as reducing signal noise. Thanks to Intelligent Sensor technology, the TV also measures the light levels in the room and optimises the picture accordingly.
The excellent picture quality is fully complemented by 20W of involving SRS Tru Surround sound. The LG 42LH2000 also includes a built-in digital tuner so you can access Freeview channels and radio stations. You can also enjoy the view from almost anywhere in the room thanks to its wide 178° viewing angle. It has a host of connections including a PC input, 2 SCART sockets and 2 HDMI inputs.
This television is high definition ready which means it has the ability to display high definition signals with the addition of a separate HD receiver. HD broadcasts are at a much higher resolution than regular analogue or digital broadcasts and have greatly enhanced picture quality. The level of detail is astonishing with clearer, sharper and more vibrant images.
