Damn it! bought this a week ago for £370. Great tv for the price.

For those that have this TV - what is the picture quality like for standard definition television through a Sky box, or sports (e.g. football, both HD and SD)? Don't use Freeview and some of the reviews on Amazon suggest that SD is poor on this TV if using anything other than the inbuilt freeview.

And is it good for video games consoles? Are there any ghosting or any issues like that?

I would really like to get one of these tvs, is it worth paying the extra money for better one? Also I have a sky box (normal scart conection) normal xbox, wii and a blu-ray player - would I be able to connect all these at the same time on either of these tvs?

@Geedubs

Just call amazon and say you bought it for £360 and now it's cheaper. Say you would like the £18 refunded as you only ordered recently.
They will be happy to do it :D

I'm afraid you would not benefit using a non-hd signal, in fact a full hd TV will of often make a non-hd signal look worse as the poor quality of the input signal becomes more apparent then it would on a hd-ready only TV (or even a non-hd tv).
#33
Thanks for the input mcintg, looks like a new Humax is required.

Its gone back up to £360 again now:(
I ordered it on Tuesday for £360, however after seeing this thread this morning I rang them up and they refunded the difference, so big thanks OP :D
