Ive got this TV, bought it from comet last summer at £370. Fantastic TV, i love it. Only downside is it only has 2 HDMI inputs which may put some off, but you can get a HDMI splitter around £20 to sort this problem. Currently i only have my PS3 and Media centre so only use the 2 as Sky is SD.

The sound, like most TVs these days, is pretty pants through the built in speakers but most people these days have amp/speaker setups so not a problem.

Despite the specs the USB port can be simply hacked to enable movie playback. Most popular formats are supported :)

Connectivity is a bit limited - only one SCART and two HDMI sockets. Otherwise this is a brilliant deal

HDMI I'll give you
but surely we are moving away from needing multiple scarts?

I was looking at one in Tesco (not to buy from there but to view image quality) and I must say I was very impressed. For a cheap TV it certainly is well worth the money

Not sure why I quoted Codify there lol, must be going mad

Agreed, I don't use scart any-more at all, but i like one left for legacy devices.

I bought one last summer, We are very please with it as we don't want to spend a lot as TV does not feature so much in our lives. The picture is better from external tuners.
We use a Mac Mini with Elgato EyeTV Freeview tuners and the picture is considerably better than with the built in freeview. The USB video playback is great, I just download MKV rips of blu-ray DVDs and pop them in and the quality is superb, especially Toy Story 3.

damn bought it last week at 360

Thanks, if the hack is only for divx i will not need it as my apple tv handles dvix ok, but mkv files would be really handy.

I bought one of these last week, I've noticed a faint vertical line on the screen when the camera pans from right to left when watching football/rugby. May need to replace the telly.
