sorted byHave to disagree totally with the above, Amazon returns and customer service are excellent, its pixmania that sucks.
Anyway, great tv for the price, shame it doesn't have freeview hd but won't be missed if you have sky or virgin box
I just returned a 37 inch tv to amazon, it was picked up the next day and the refund email sent within 5 days for the full amount minus 2.50.
Yes those flat screens are nonsense too, nothing wrong with an enormous CRT light box taking up half your room... are you from 1984? 90% of my TV use is via my computer.
This TV has been £430 at 123electrical with free delivery and cashback since before christmas.
I went to see it on display and im glad I did, the picture is shocking compared to the Samsungs on display, poor blacks, irregular backlighting, washed out colours, no fine detail. If you want a thin TV get this, if you want a decent TV, don't. Ended up going to RS and getting the 40C580 with Freeview HD and DLNA for the same price (£430). Note the LED also suffer from clouding issues and the HDMI sockets stick out the back of this set meaning you'd need to hang in over an inch away from the wall (if you were considering hanging it)

They sent me a new TV and gave me a month to send the old one back (at their expense) before they would change me, I used the packaging of the new one for the old one, as I had discarded it after 3 weeks, and the TV broke after 4 weeks. I'd say 10/10.

Better than LCD, but still not very good at all. Only the high end LCD/LED sets have reasonably good gaming performance.
Still better off with a cheap Panny plasma imo.

Reviews are all excellent, I just wish I could a) justify swapping my adequate 40" sony lcd and b) had the money.
Hot.
I have an empty TV stand at the moment.
My only concern is going smaller. I had a 50" on the stand and dont want to think it looks odd.
Brilliant price though, nice find. Heat added!
Do you have any links to them please? I've searched google and only get test freaks which has 3 (all foreign) and amazon's user opinions.
Thanks
If anyone can help, the main thing I am trying to find is the input lag for gaming. Thanks

Nice spot, also just read the amazon user opinions and someone in there also states that even though amazon lists it with DLNA, it actually hasn't.
Not that lack of DNLA is a vital feature (at least not for me I have a media centre) just dont want anyone getting mislead based on the description

I opted to go with the LE 42LD450 because of the better gaming response times. From reading other reviews around the LG LED range it seems they are pretty laggy for games. And i play more games than watch films. So that's the deal breaker.
Fantastic tv by the way, voted hot. just a bit gutted
This deff has 4 hdmi sockets. I can see them now in my living room!
wasn't 100hz
no freeview hd
so got a sony led instead
You would be making the biggest mistake of your life ... probably.:p
Heat added.
This is for the 32" ld450. This thread is for the 42" LE4500.
