You have to watch del charges though. If there was something wrong with an item and you sent it back and got a refund you will only be refunded what you paid for the item itself, you will not be refunded del charges. So if an online retailer or someone on ebay etc has inflated the del charges and doesn't charge too much for the item itself you might think "yeah they are making their money on what i'm paying for del", which is true but if you need to send the item back you will be refunded for the item MINUS DEL CHARGES!

Not saying this is a rip-off at all and haven't voted just telling people to watch out for high del charges because they could end up losing alot of money.

French Grey Import, evading SOGA. Richer Sounds are knocking out the LG 42PJ350 for £350 or £385 with 3 year warranty.

If the sale is bound by the Distance Selling regulations, then delivery charges should be refunded. The return postage does not have to be refunded if the retailer stipulates this in their T&C's
Ebay is a different matter, the Distance Sellling regs only apply to "buy it now" items from business sellers.
