I know this is only HD Ready but gets a good review here http://reviews.cnet.co.uk/televisions/0,39030219,49301753,00.htm.
Also some of these guys think it might be just as good or better picture wise than the Panasonic TX-P42X10B(http://www.avforums.com/forums/plasma-televisions/968628-lg-42pq6000-full-review-out.html)(http://community.whathifi.com/forums/t/235024.aspx). So might be worth considering if you thought about this model. This however has a USB port to play DIVX. (The cheapest I can get the Panasonic TX-P42X10B is for £599 so this is even cheaper)

And for all you only FULL HD guys out there spare a thought that the Full HD models are nearly 50% dearer if not more and by the reviews is only worth your while if you plan to watch full 1080 content as SD and Freeview normally looks better on HD Ready because it has to do less picture processing.

PS. also a possible 3% cashback from TOPCASHBACK. Delivery at the moment is free on televisions.

Currently on a 1080i resolution playing my 360 would I notice much difference on this 720p?

No. Xbox 360 games are 99% 720p or lower (Halo 3 is like 640p). If you are playing in 1080i, can you not also play in 720p already?

I vote hot - I have the PG6000 and it has colours to rival or beat the PX80, it only loses out to it on black levels (still good though) and some IR for the initial running in phase. Looks better IMO though due to the 1 piece glass front (i.e. no border outside, its all covered by glass).
Sorry what I meant is that I watch a lot of HD WMV films in 1080P, would i notice the difference watching with this TV, I suspect that this TV is such quality made that I wouldn't.
