A TV that size really should be 1080p, and this model doesn't exactly have glowing reviews.

Still, it's cheap. But only people who really, really can't afford to pay more and desperately want a 50" TV should buy this.
Personally I'd spend more, or pay that for a smaller but better quality screen.

(of course, you get the 19" free, but that's little comfort when you find your nice new 50" plasma is a huge stinking pile of crap).

Looks like they were clearing the warehouse and found a pile of old junk TVs and decided to try and sell them to people that see the 50" in big flashing lights and nothing else.
Cold its quite an old 720p 50inch TV and they were selling them off for 400-450 over a year ago and I'm not sure how much the 19s worth as it seems to be an old set too. If you desperately want both a 50inch and a 19inch for the bedroom at the lowest possible prices, I suppose this isn't too bad though
Doesn't look too hot, mediocre Plasma plus mediocre LCD for mediocre price
(of course, you get the 19" free, but that's little comfort when you find your nice new 50" plasma is a huge stinking pile of crap).

lmao :D
Have some heat. A 50-inch plasma is great for the lounge and the 19-inch for the bedroom
If the majority of people of this thread don't like this deal and voting cold, then why is it still hot at 143 ? It should have been other way round ie. -143.

Surely those people who have voted hot, they have voted purely on the basis of reading the headline "Get two TVs 50" and 19" for a bargain price of £549.99"

Thats the pity of this forum where some genuinely good deals never gets past 99 degrees.

Why should it? Firstly it all depends on what the customer wants. And secondly it depends on the customers viewing distance and what they are viewing. All these posts about certain sizes should be certain resolutions are just stupid and goes to show how little the person knows what they are talking about.
