#22

Thats one way to get people voting cold just for the sake of it.
#23
The problem is which format of 3D does it support? (DVD that is).

*Edit: Compatible with Sky 3D

wow, this appears a great price, could'nt compare as I can't find much info about pricing for this model on google ?
#26
I like the fact that the USB dongle is free with this tv and its passive 3d - probably best until the prices for the active 3d drop.
#27
Currys are selling it for £1200 so its a £200+ price drop.
#28
You're looking at the wrong TV matedodgy. This is Active 3D, and the one on currys at £1200 is the older 2D model.

My bad. I was looking at the PK990.

Ok, assuming this is a price error then Amazon normally honour those don't they?

i doubt very much that anyone will actually get this tv for that price, it will be a mistake.

i was intending to get the LG, but ive been reading about an award winning panasonic which i think i'll get instead (as soon as the wife lets me lol)
#32
miss price guaranteed dont even bother
#33
Shouldn't have mentioned that it is a mistake cos SOME idiot will ring Amazon and ask - for sure!

Deal over.

Lovely TV, Bought a samsung 7 40 series few months back now, this looks very good value!! Good find! :)

clear mis price, everywhere else selling this for around the 1500-1600 mark. ordered, but I expect cancellation emails soon.

Some people are gullible on here, even if someone rings Amazon or not, it won't make a difference, as they will correct the price and cancel all orders as normal procedure if it is a pricing error. My friend used to work for them and this normally happens when more than a few people put in an order for an incorrectly priced item.

This deal started on the avforums, so the poster might of got the info from there (see below). However that guy on the below thread already contacted Amazon and they confirmed it is not a pricing error and he will get it on the 5th Nov. He may get lucky or he might of got a customer services agent who hasn't got a clue, I guess time will tell. Not sure if I really want this as got the Samsung deal from M&S the other week.

plus they are not THX certified

obviously a pricing error. Exactly the same price for the non 3D model.

Ah yes I understand how this confusion is so easy then. I too got confused between the models.
