  After 2 years living with 2 x 50 inch plasmas, I feel as though they get smaller every day. A shift to 60 inch would be a logical progression I believe.
  
  However, I believe the next move is to truly smart TVs.

  See they suggest a £200! mount for it that handles up to 52inch?It uses same amount of juice as my 5 year old LCD 46inch,pity no smart but at this price can't expect it.

  They're ok - I bought my LED LG from them a couple of years ago. No dramas, they delivered on time and as described.

  NO THEY ARE NOT OK!!!!!!. Please do not buy from these idiots. I bought a 60 inch lg plasma from them 2 years back and it packed in after 9 months. Cost me £60 to ship it back to them and then they only refunded me £780 - i originally paid £1300. Plus appalling customer service

  if that is true then i would be sueing them. either they should have had the tv fixed, given you a new one OR a full refund.,
  
  
  partial refunds covering the perceived value of the item only come into effect AFTER the warranty has expired and you are claiming under the SOG act. not in warranty items.

  You the one at fault it seems. Why didnt you pursue it?? they did wrong, you have to correct them or take them all the way.
  
  The easier they get away with it the more they can try it on with others.
