I have this player and am very pleased with it.
It has been this price before (and even cheaper at Makro); but I still think this is good value if iPlayer etc. isn't important to you.

I bought this yesterday at Makro for - £47.98 inc VAT - could be a mis-price because their flyer said £49.99 plus VAT....
Makro flyer says £39.99 + vat. I bought one this week too. Great value for the price. But beaware that for European users there is no netcast service available for this model therefore no iplayer. Also, there is no optical out .. only digital rca out. It plays about 80% of the mkvs I have tested stored in an NTFS drive and also decodes DTS audio onto your TV..
this is great blueray player i bought one few months ago and i am really really happy
fantastic for MKV from a 2 TB disc

plays an MKV from a DVD too

Not a misprice, there are a load still in Leicester Makro £39.99+vat. I would have bought one but already own this player. Top piece of kit and for under £50 notes an absolute steal :-)

Gutted got this from RGB fee days ago..really disappointed no Netcast for UK on this player but to be fair was not advertised unlike some sites who mislead you. The USB works great and plays everything inc MKV! Unfortunately after 2 days won't read any disc with copy or originals and make horrible grinding noise when trying to so. Sending back but not sure whether to go for refund or get another..prob is few people seemed to about this grinding.....anyone any thoughts?
