hmm. id have to disagree im afraid...

im currently on a cashback scheme very similar to this one with E2SAVE as well. im about 6months into my contract and so far so good. any due cashback received so far, no problems with anything.

ive also used mobileoutlet before and my 12months went through very smoothly. got all my cashback, never had anything bad to say about them.

obviously some people will get problems, especially when its time to claim cashback but providing you stick to all the basic rules you should be fine.

eg-

make sure all bills are sent on time
paying off bills on time
make sure all required documentation is sent when claiming
send via recorded/special delivery

but its a case of theres always gonna be a few who experience problems

Although tried all of them, but I didn't get some of my cash back from e2save. Initially, they sent some cheques under wrong name. Called them, they promised to re-send the cheque, but never did so. I have been chasing them for last six months, but still didn’t have any luck.

I've had good experiences with them myself.

Also, non-0870 numbers can be found for most companies at www.saynoto0870.com

This is a price match offer from what I can see so terms and conditrions are slightly different. Miss one claim and lose them all it looks!

I have also used e2save, currently I am 6 months into my contract and so far I have received 3 of my cashback cheques without any problems. Having said that, my friend had a bit of trouble with them but in the end he also did get the cheques.

By the way, has anyone purchased a CLEARANCE phone from e2save before? Is it worth it? I just don't want to order a phone that is scratched all over the place.

It's nothing like that. The phone should be in very good condition. It might not come in the original box and you might not get a memory card etc. If you don't like it, you have the right to return it with 7 (or 14) days.
