Many people better know the LG KG800 mobile phone as the Chocolate phone. Dont bother looking for any hidden meaning quite simply its bar-shaped and the best-selling version in South Korea is a dark brown chocolate colour!

The LG KG800 certainly is a best seller in its home county. It has become a favourite phone for the rich and famous, appearing in the hand (and pocket) of top Celebs. Why? Well the phone cleverly blends modern styling with useful features. When the slide-up design is closed you will notice a high quality display screen and a handful of touch sensitive keys for controlling essential functions. They glow red when they are being used and fade into the background when not being used.

Slide the phone open and there is a standard keypad along with a wealth of useful functions including an alarm clock, calendar, calculator, photo editor and games. The LG KG800 is also an MP3 player with 128mb of memory providing plenty of storage space. In addition the back of the phone contains a 1.3 mega pixel camera for photos and videos. All this and bluetooth connectivity as well!

If you are looking for standout style without compromising on usability you will appreciate the LG Chocolate KG800. It certainly is a tasty little camera phone!

A word of warning - i ordered the already good refurb V3i deal on 11 months through quidco. I then saw this deal and immediatley asked to return and do a swap with this one.
Once on the phone i asked not to put the order through as i will be going through quidco online to place the order to which he replied that in order to get the cashback you need to go through your OWN(?) site and other people using it will enable you to receive £37.50. He said onestopphoneshop get numerous calls every day asking where their quidco payment was.
I am confused..................
Just to make you aware this is an 18 month contract and not 12 months as posted, unless you can advise me otherwise? anyone?
Thanks ;')
It says 18 month at the top... scroll down for the 12 month contracts. It's there.
Get your order in ASAP.
It's not surprising that Onestopphoneshop staff have no knowledge of Quidco, unless they use it themselves. It has something to do with how affiliate sites work; I think Quidco are one of many sites that use a number of large tracking organizations.

Perhaps someone with more knowledge of how the process works can clarify?
Hi.. first post be nice!!!

I have already gor a 12 month contract with 9 month free that I am running for my father and have received first two cashbacks without any problem.. Have just ordered myself the LG deal and I went through quidco.. When you clain the cashbacks you have to do it via registered post with the form that they give you when you receive your phone so I can't see how it matters whether you go straight to their website or via quidco.. I knew nothing about quidco until I logged on to this site.
If when your mobile arrives it has no cashback forms with it give them a call and ask for them if they refuse saying you "did not go direct" cancel the contract and return the phone.. bet you would get the form then!!

My missus is quite interested in this but I have a question which you might be able to answer for me.

I have Orange Broadband at home (17.99 pm) and was wondering if she took this out through Quidco etc would we be able to tie this in with our broadband deal

If she took it out rang them a month later and took an extended contract for 12 months (now effectively 13 months) would we still likely get the cashback from OSPS?

You get cash form Quidco for going to the deal through their site....this is in addition to the cash back from One Stop Phone Shop.
Mine arrived but with no Vouchers! Anyone else get this?
Contact them ASAP. :)
Hi, mine's just arrived, thanks very much.

Please can someone explain the voucher thing that graefulghoul said?
cheap-information read the T&C very very carefully, then read it again, then read the OSPS feedback thread carefully.
I called them up when they finally reopened yesterday an dexplained I had received NO CASHBACK PACK OR CHEQUES.

They seemed suprised and assured me a new pack is on it's way, I said if not I will cancel contract within my cooling off period.

It is in their interest for you to say, it's too much hassle and forget about the cashback offer. Make sure you get the cheques and put each date in a diary or calender.

It seems they make it difficult for you as they make more money.

I will post when my pack arrives.
In my opinion, this company act with blatent disregard and contempt for their customers. Earlier this year I took out 8 contracts with them. Recently, after they repeatedly broke promises and did not pay monies owed to me, I was forced to issue proceedings against them in the small claims court. Eventually, they decided to pay the money owed to me and I was told by a Solicitor from their legal department that this should never have progressed this far and the company should have paid the monies owed straight away. However, my impression is that they would anything to avoid fulfulling their contractual obligations. I spoke to the MD of the online department, Chris Murton and I expressed my feelings to him. After having spoken to him, I now understand why the company is in such a state!!!! Charles Dunstone refused to speak to me about the matter. In my opinion the company is rotten from the top and I would certainly advise anyone to stay well clear of the Onestopphoneshop section of the Carphone Warehouse group.

I ordered this phone on wednesday 27th and received a confirmation email. The following day i received another email stating that the phone was temporally out of stock and it would be sent when in stock. I did not mind as it is such a good deal. Today (Friday) i received a phone call from OSPS saying that they could not offer me this phone as the offer has ended and that they won’t be able to give me the phone on that deal. I asked for a different phone and the response was that all offers on 12month free orange deals have ended. I told the lady this was unfair and they need to sort me out with a suitable phone to the value of the LG KG800, the lady said she will see what she can do. I will be speaking to her on saturday am. i have looked at the terms and conditions and cannot see why they do no have to honour it. Do i have any rights? any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You
and despite being promised a new pack, I have still to receive my cashback and cheques pack from them.
Has anyone got a screenshot of the offer and cashback?
I am still awaiting vouchers but noticed the invoice is not showing as much cashback as the offer.

Starting to get worried now
Just phoned again, and was advised Don't worry we will send you some more.
2 packs missing? I doubt it.

He said don't worry becuase you don't need the vouchers for your first cashback as it's a cheque sent to you straight away, so you got 6 months to get vouchers.

Sounds to me they just want you to forget about them or give up, but they should never under estimate a bargain hunter lol

Anyone else having problems?
Is a voucher the sheets where you write the bill number and your phone number?
