£696 for the contract
£192 cashback
£504 total or £21ppm.

£30 TCB/Quidco brings it to £19.75 per month.

Inb4 data police: I realise the data is paltry, however you're more or less paying the cost of the phone over the 24 months give or take a few quid with a free contract to go with it. Perfect for people like myself who live in the middle of nowhere and 4G is but a dream. Cadge off people's wifi, bargain.

Also includes 2GB Openzone anyway.
Carrier: Vodaphone.

With the additional TCB/Quido you're looking at £19.75 a month. Not to be sniffed at.
Bear in mind it's a redemption cashback deal. Set those reminders, all's good.

Lastly, if you do find something better before release day you can always cancel the order and get something else. Simples.

£29 x 24 = £696 with £192 cashback via multiple redemptions

How to Claim Cashback

If your deal includes cashback by redemption this will be shown on the confirmation email sent immediately following a successfully completed order. Cashback is claimed in five separate instalments, on specific billed months over the initial duration of the airtime agreement.

Cashback on 24 month contracts can be claimed as of the 6th, 9th, 12th, 15th and 18th billed month of the connection or upgrade.

Cashback on 12 month contracts can be claimed as of the 4th, 6th, 8th, 10th and 12th billed month of the connection or upgrade.

To make a cashback claim, simply fill out our cashback claim form on the appropriate date and upload a copy of that month’s bill. The cashback claim form can be found here. Only one month’s bill is required. The mobile contract bill you provide us must be in relation to the pay-monthly or upgraded contract we connected you to.

Please note that claims must be made within 60 days from the date shown on the relevant mobile phone bill you uploaded to us. The cashback will then be approved and paid by bank transfer directly into your bank account - as supplied by you at the point of ordering - within 14 days.

Please note that you cannot claim a cashback if you have cancelled your contract, disconnected the SIM card from the network provider, or changed your price plan with us or the network provider directly. You are able to port an existing number from another network or a pay as you go SIM- if this is the case the bills you submit then need to show the number you have ported to.

I am unsure why the OP has posted the deal to include cashback by redemption as it is clear that they know the rules for posting mobile contract deals from previous posts. This is simply just a case of trying to obtain heat where it is not warranted in the slightest as this is an awful deal.

£20/month for a flagship device is not anywhere near awful. On face value to could take this as an interest-free credit to purchase yourself an LG G3 with a small amount of legwork. Should you so wish you could get a sim-only and view this as an interest-free phone loan.

I'm not trying to obtain heat for the sake of it - This is an excellent deal. Particularly if, like myself, you use little of your contract but a want for a flagship device.

It is an awful deal as it features cashback by redemption which Mobile Phones Direct are notorious for not paying. Therefore the deal is £29 per month and for the allowances provided that is shocking.

Last contract I had with them I had no problems at all. Just make sure you do it within 60 days and follow the instructions. You'll hear of a few folk who had problems but all the people it's worked fine for won't say a thing, typical scenario.

Not sure why the Mods have not corrected this deal, I have flagged it as spam.

Never had a problem with redemption with them either.

Well I think this is a good deal personally, so heat from me.

I get the impression someone was bitten by redemption once upon a time.

Regardless, it would appear I have ordered spam.

(?)

On a side note, cashback tracked 12 hours after purchase.

Could Mods now confirm that it is ok to include cashback by redemption in the headline cost, as they have chosen not to correct this deal?

It's part of the contract, why wouldn't it be relevant? Many deals posted here involve either a binding contract/trust/or indeed uncertainty and for the most part work well for the consumer (unless you forget to do something as part of it or really do take a gamble).

I would question why such a tirade of hate? It's evidently a good deal, and a few others think so too.

Totally agree an amazing deal in my opinion.

I had my TCB tracked with Mobile Phone Direct for about 3 months, then suddenly it was removed. I have raised a missing claim with TCB and Mobile Phone Direct declined my TCB without reason. I wouldn't buy from them again. I just hope they will honour the redemption without the same problem. Not voting

It is highlighted at TCB that you shouldn't buy items with the specific intention of cashback but at £21ppm through the retailer it's still a great deal. Sorry you didn't get it back through TCB.
