Its only Gearbest and Banggood which get voted hot here which do not include customs charges in their prices and most phones have missing UK B20 so not even suitable for use here.

Me too. 8 days delivery and no additional charges. Appreciate comments about hassle if it goes wrong. Used AndyRoyd advice and bought on credit card.

Can I ask those who have received this... There appears to be a screen protector already fitted though it is a bit rough to the touch... Am I correct that it is a screen protector? It's certainly not a glass one.

yup it's a standard screen protector which I removed and put a glass screen protector on but as it's edge to edge it's a nightmare with a case on as edges keep lifting away!. Great phone ( selfie camera is crap ) at a great price.

what is the battery life on this in normal usage, is it better than the v10/v20?

Hi anyone ordered from this site?

Could you advise what carrier they are using and if it will be delivered directly on the address? I don't want to deal with customs.

Generally not liked on HUKD, probably cos of a perception of warranty / return difficulties, although there is option for ample UK support if paying by credit card for an item costing more than £100. Positives would be: legitimate company based in HK; surprisingly quick delivery for a far east supplier; import VAT covered by EGC; UK returns or the UK-enforceable S75 protection subject to qualification criteria; often very competitive pricing.

Pay EGC for a single product costing over £100 via UK credit card and you never even have to contact EGC with any warranty query; the UK credit card company jointly and severally assumes all merchant warranty obligations.

If you familiarise yourslef with S75 obligations you will appreciate that there is zero requirement to contact the supplier for any post-purchase support issue - it is all UK-based via UK credit provider; same with any other UK or foreign merchant where S75 applies. No luck is involved. Regardless, your choice to shop elsewhere is respected.

For the people who bought one does it have one of those universal plugs or is it two pin?

Your comment about the selfie Camera seems to go against everything else I ve read online.

this guys sums it up quite well,

too much processing going on and images look too soft in good light but in low/indoor lighting, the images just look blurry and finds it difficult to focus.

I bought a phone from them few months back, very good experience to be honest, they give you a UK dpd tracking number but that only works when there UK agent has shipped it within the UK. From hk it comes via DHL to UK. I know this because the parcel will have a dpd sticker on top of the dhl one

not to worry. just received the email confirming the phone is at the local depot and will be delivered today!
