OK, it's good to make it very clear that it's cashback even though at this price it would have to be.

They needto be 100% good with cashback otherwise people could be paying alot more for this contract - Cold!
Phones4u don't pay your quidco well . I bought payasyou go phone through quidco and they are quidco tracked it as £10 but they paid £1 !!

Beware of them...they are dodgy...look at the threads about them!!
lol how cold can this get

People moan when a deal at £30 quid a month pops up, Then also moan when someone posts a cashback deal. Come on what do you want to pay. You either go with a full price deal and pay full price or go with a cash back deal and if you mess it up pay full price. Or am i missing something

My wife is on her final Chq with P4U very prompt payments as long as you send a copy of the bill as soon as it drops through the door you have 60 days redemption period so if you balls that up well what can I say

/end rant
i agree entirely, ive just had a deal from them, very prompt cash back, and very happy!
so why the concern if they are so good
Hot, even if it is cashback.

You can also sometimes get very good auto-cashback deals although most of them don’t seem that great. Or you can get Cashback via firms that have a good reputation. It’s not as black and white as you suggest.
Voted hot, good deal from a reputable company (one of the best for cashbacks, not saying they're perfect but one of the top two).
Am I missing something? With £60 quidco does this not work out as a profit of £36.12 provided one is careful with the redemption scheme ?

Similar deal on a sony ericsson s500i

I've used the redemption vouchers with phones.4.u before and it worked perfectly (put a reminder in the tasks on your new phone if needs be!). I've seen comments that this isn't a good phone. As someone needing to replace a completely useless old mobile and wants one just for calls and texts it's undoubtedly better than I what I currently use. I've also seen comments that phones.4.u aren't great with quidco cashback. Any thoughts? Similar deal on a sony ericsson s500i. Even if I got no cashback, a new mobile with 600 minutes and 500 texts a month seems a pretty good deal to me.
Thanks OP, just ordered one of these. Been using e2save for years, first time with Phones4U, but most reviews are good.
how long after you post the bills does cashback usually take. i have used e2save for years but they have no good deals on but they are excellent with their cashback.also do they let you know your cashback has been approved straight away?.
the cheque normally comes back within 20 days of you sending it off, but they give no notification of receipt. u also get 60 days to claim from the start date of eligibility.
Hmm, have phoned them today and been told O2 have denied me credit, this despite having had two contracts from them in the past and holding one current one at the moment. Can't really see why they've rejected it, are phones4u a bit more difficult with credit? (I am a student, don't really have a credit history)
its normally vodaphone that are a bit more stingy about credit
I can't see this deal on their website, the link doesn't take me to it. And which network is it? If it is O2 I can't see any 12 months contracts..

damn i really did miss out on this deal, only a whole month too late!!!
I got refused credit too. Very funny that and so checked my credit report and all is ok in that area. I already have contract with o2 for about 5 years and see no reason they would knock be back. I think phones4u are playing games. ah well..their loss.
i have to say that phone4u are bas***ds. I applied for this deal last friday. The deal was free phone and only £1.99 a month on a 12 onth contract. Couple of days ago they said that they have cancelled the contract due to my credit being poor etc. Like i said earlier, I checked my credit score and it was fine. I then checked the site and they have removed that deal. Maybe they thought the deal was too good for customers and hence cancelled my deal and then they have removed it from the site.
