I raced down to Woolies when I first saw the in-store post:
http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=58733&highlight=kg320 but they had sold out.
Woolies are now advertising them on-line so you can save a further £2.50 via Quidco - no delivery charge if you opt to pick it up from your local store.

Hi, i bought one of these earlier in the week on t-mobile. When i tried my o2 sim in it, it'd work straight out of the box. I've also tried a vodafone sim and it worked as well.

So if there all the same you'll not need to get it unlocked :)

Do you need a clip to unlock this phone?

Someone in the original instore post said they had tried an O2 sim and it worked fine out of the box, so I would guess it is already unlocked.

Showing as out of stock now :-(

thanks HUKD!

Just got one of these...
Watford high street... seems like only a couple of pieces were there, the sales girl had to look for a while.

Regarding phone being unlocked; seems YES; worked with Vodafone too.

+ves
Quite light and small
Comfortable to hold
Ok sound quality with supplied earphones
USB cable (propreitary slot), wired headset (earphones use 3.5" connector so u can use ur own set) and wall charger supplied

-ves
Middle click key could have been larger for easy pressing
Camera cover at back spoils slim profile to some extent
Seems like gets a bit warm during charging (was on AC though)
bleeding on LCD edges viewable during very dark wallpapers
No memory expansion slot (ok I knew this limitation but...)

Neutral
User Interface is good at most places and not so friendly at others.

Picked up one of these at the Scarborough branch today (last one), pretty amazed that they had one left.
Things have shrunk since I bought my first new mobile a motorola V2288. Hope it's as good. My third mobile after a s/h T720i which I thought was rather flash compared to the V2288 until I saw the appalling ratings.
Still its seems its worth shopping around as the chap in Woollies seemed doubtful as to the prospect of getting any more stock.

I picked up my LG KG320 from Wollies today and I'm very pleased with it:santa: It's well made and has a quality feel to it. The screen is a little on the small size but the readability is fine as is sound quality - the camera works well for a 1.3m unit. It came with a neat notebook style case which was a surprise but the best thing is that it is unlocked:w00t:

The link in the OP is still active but says "This product is not currently available" - maybe worth keeping an eye on to see if they get any more in stock.

Just checked (12.30am) and the phone is showing back in stock for both store collection or delivery.
