The LG KS360 mobile phone is designed to let you communicate with ease and accuracy at speed. The full slide-out QWERTY keyboard allows you to access the internet and communicate with a simple touch of a button. We know how important it is to be in contact with friends and family, so make life even easier via instant messaging or access personal emails via Email Wizard. If social networks are your thing, you'll now be able to keep up to date even away from your computer via your LG KS360.

Looks are important to the smooth curved edged KS360, only weighing 108g and a mere 17mm thick, it will slip effortlessly into your pocket! Be impressed by the 2.4-inch display, which may I add is touch-screen capable when you want to dial a number. It's so handy as you don't have to open the keypad to dial a number. The accelerator feature allows the screen to auto-rotate landscape and portrait to make viewing pictures top-notch!

Also included, you'll find 2.0-megapixel camera, EGDE and GPRS connectivity, an MP3 Player and FM Radio for all you music junkies. You really will find everything and more in this affordable mobile phone.

Anyone got this phone? Is it any good?

I had it for a short while. Got it to replace my Viewty because I really wanted a qwerty.
Texting on this is great, it even organises texts into a thread, so it keeps your inbox nice and tidy. It's quite a neat phone for texting.

But I returned it after a couple of weeks. It really falls flat on the UI. It "has" a touchscreen, but it will ONLY let you use it for dialling. It seems such a waste of hardware, it's just sitting there and you can't use it. Custom software/firmware doesn't exist for it either so you can't work around it that way.

Possibly only good if you are ONLY going to use it for texts. Everything else is just a let down. It was worth going back to the LG Viewty (which I imagine you can get for the same price of this anyway, and outranks it by miles).

I just googled some reviews. it seems people thought it was pretty great when it came out.

Another thing I forgot to mention. With the Viewty you can use the touchscreen qwerty or switch to standard keys so you can text with one hand. The KS360 only has the qwerty keyboard which means you cant do one-handed texting.

Which makes it even more tricky to text while driving with this thing. It's hard steering with your elbows.

Edit: In conclusion, it'll prob be best for the kids on a some unlimited txt tariff. Or as a phone to tide you by until a decent cheap phone with a qwerty comes out.
Edit 2: Why is this expired? Shouldn't be.
