This phone keeps popping up on here at different prices, but it's still the crap same phone with endless faults.

Well my sons kept switching off by itself along with other peoples who have commented on these posts the last few times someone have posted it on here. Then intermittently when he rings people, he can't hear them but they can hear him and if they ring him back straight away it's fine .He's had it a year now and has been in for repair 4 times, last time was 3 weeks ago and is now playing up again but sadly now out of warrantyso looking for a new phone. :x

my daughter & mother have this phone and they love it - i am assuming that because you have a faulty one then the whole product is cr-p which is dumb thinking at its best . And yes you will find people with faults on that phone because the internet is full of peoples faulty products whatever the iem , its on the net ;-)

I have this phone and never have had a problem with it - would definately recommend for £30!!

Just because it's a year old doesn't mean you have no rights. You could still get a replacment/refund under the SOGA, or give consumer direct a call.
Just bought one for £40 from ASDA for my daughter.
