bought this from play about a month ago now, awesome little telly! Richer sounds had no stock at the time but should have waited as got one with finger marks on it from play:x plus found out gf dad has a 10% off code for richer sounds!

but to keep on topic tv looks fantastic with the ps3 both playing games and watching blu rays but have found parts of planet earth to be juddery - no idea if this is the tv or the hdmi cable im using but yeah....

I believe it's actually the copy of planet earth itself .. I've read several reports of people watching it in 1080p having problems (try 1080i or 720p) - they frequently mention the large flock of birds scene as being particularly juddery

oh really? Thanks for that:-D as I just couldnt understand it - as always plays fine on my projector (at 1080p input but must really play as 1080i as its only 720p).
It also happened on earth at the same scenes (as they both has similar footage) - the bird scene was one of them but so was any bit with waterfalls/ when flying through canyons etc.

In that case then, this tv has no faults that spring to mind bar maybe the fact my gamecube rgb cable just failed to work with it :?:

......have found parts of planet earth to be juddery

I thought you were talking about the real planet earth?! A juddery Planet Earth is usually caused by tectonic plates as opposed to TVs but now it all makes sense ;-)

Funny - I almost bought this over the phone from the store in Romford last night but the sales guy was really helpful and said about the 'dodgy little red pieces on the bottom of the case'. This put me off -strangely.

I ended up buying a perfect condition (although service return) LG 22LS4D that was listed on the site at £200, firstly discounted to £160 as I found other sites to price match, then another tenner off for not having a stand! - it was always going to go on the wall! :)
