I have this TV in the kitchen and it's a VERY good TV indeed. Recommend by me

I've even had my laptop plugged into it via HDMI and the picture quality is awesome!

I'm pretty sure it will accept most resolutions via HDMI.

It's a known limitation that this monitor isn't very good with a PC over HDMI I think.

Great price though, paid £175 for mine from RS last week!

Sorry didn't see that post, would have been better if they had posted it as a deal. :? I only found this deal because the Samsung SM2333HD I ordered from Ebuyer was faulty so I sent it back. I then found a review for this model and decided to have a look for a cheap price for it and Google was the first place I searched.

Didn't word that question that clearly my apologies, what I was getting at was my 360 would be going in via VGA and some lcd tv's won't accept 1080p apart from via an hdmi source - like my tosh 37"

I'm not too sure about his one sorry.

I do have another 22" LG monitor that does accept 1080p via VGA though.

Well I've got one of these - had it a while now, I didn't particularly buy it to use as a monitor, but I did have a go connecting I think it was my Mac Mini to it. I had a DVI to HDMI lead hanging around so I used that to try it and definitely I thought the picture was not too good, I then swapped out to use DVI to DVI and it was perfect. So I believe there are issues and I'm sure I read it elsewhere too, anyway not a problem as it has the DVI input..

I believe this tv has a usb port on the back which can play mp3's and jpeg's, however i also believe that you can with the help of an "all for one" remote access the service menu and enable divx and vob playback via the USB port.

oh if anyone can find this out, would be a legend

What's Dabs dead pixel policy? The sound on this is god-awful, if you want one then make sure you have some external speakers and amp with optical digital audio in. It has no other audio out. That's why it's so cheap.
#30
I got this TV almost a year ago now as an extra one, I think the picture through freeview is really good and the 360 through it looks top too.
It's a steal at this price, although mine was free. Voted hot.

Plenty of people saying it in there, few shots of it in #34.

We have this - awesome pic via VGA/HDMI. Definitely can use it as a pukka PC monitor whereas plenty of cheaper ones are an eyestrain. Recommended.

Any other Google checkout glitches with Dabs or is it just this product?
