The question is.. can this be used with other speakers, not only the LG ones?

I bought this last year 4 £20 from Marks Electrical and sold it for £30 few months later as i didn't need it anymore but this is a good price.

Looks like it can only be used with LG speaker systems so fairly useless biy of kit on its own and the speakers are not cheap.

All round this Music Flow system doesn't sound like its that good if anyone interested see http://www.whathifi.com/lg/music-flow/review.

If you want a cheap Sonos type setup around the house then one of these hubs is essential if you are going to use the Musicflow speakers. The speakers are expensive if you dont shop around. I have two H5's neither of which I paid full wack for. Costco still do an H5 and a hub for £150 odd quid. The otehr one I got on eBay for £139 as a demo unit.

There are cheaper ways to do a pseudo Sonos setup but the LG speakers are good looking and well made. However as a vinyl man I still find it difficult to have to use my phone or my Amazon Echo to feed the speakers content.
