Watching mortgage overdue letters aren't nearly as fun as 4k hdr :p

Although I'm waiting for a good price on the Sony xd93 - supposed to be the best set around

My mistake, it's just an Amazon Deal.

The LG B and C series are excellent TV sets although the E and G series are slightly better and are just about the best TVs around. The Samsung KS9500 series is right up there though and in terms of HDR handle the extremes much better. As for the Sony TVs? All my tablets and phones are Android and I love it but the last thing I want on my TV is Android LoL :)

I've got this TV. It's mind blowing Once you've calibrated it. Makes these new Samsung HDR's look very silly.

If you can bare the curve, the c6 is the better TV and it's similarly priced. 3d, better processor, less faults.

As much as I want an LG OLED, they suffer from white level clipping for HDR according to every single review out there. However, those same reviews also say that overall the picture quality is just that bit better. Black levels blah blah blah :)

Yes, that's what I'm waiting for also. My cash is just there waiting for them to take it. What are they playing at?

Pretty sure the white clipping issue was recently addressed in a firmware update.

I wish, but very unlikely as the LG simply doesn't have the brightness of the Samsungs and to lesser extent the Panasonics. I would love to be proved wrong though :)

OK just checked. The new firmware does reduce the clipping so even though the brighter Samsungs are still a little "brighter" I am happy.Or at least I will be if the price ever comes down.
